IndartLink Founding Beta Group
A six-week, needs-led coaching experience
This founding Beta Group uses an open coaching format. Sessions will be shaped around the participants’ real career questions, goals, and challenges rather than a predetermined weekly syllabus.
How This First Beta Group Will Work
This founding Beta Group uses a flexible, needs-led coaching format rather than a rigid week-by-week curriculum. It is not another class.
Each session will begin with the real career questions, decisions, doubts, and challenges that participants bring to the group. I will listen, identify common patterns, and use coaching, guided discussion, practical frameworks, and exercises to help participants explore their possibilities more clearly.
Our conversations may include career direction, opportunities, positioning, income possibilities, professional relationships, confidence, decision-making, or other needs that emerge from the group.
As those needs become clearer, I will adapt each session accordingly. The objective is not to complete a syllabus—it is to help each participant make better decisions and leave with greater clarity and practical next steps.

What Participation Requires
This group is designed for people who are ready to participate actively, listen openly, take responsibility for their decisions, experiment with practical next steps, and provide honest feedback.
It is not a passive class or a promise of overnight results. The value of the experience will depend partly on what each participant is willing to bring to it.

This first group is limited to 6–8 participants. Please answer the questions briefly and honestly. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place; I will personally review each response and contact selected applicants about the next step.

Six live online sessions
Saturdays: September 12, 19 and 26; October 3, 10 and 17, 2026
7:00–8:30 a.m. Pacific Time — Los Angeles
Please verify the corresponding time in your location. Applicants should be able to participate in all six sessions.
Participation details will be provided to selected applicants.
